| Mr. Nichol practices general civil litigation concentrating on personal injury trial work. He has extensive experience in asbestos/mesothelioma litigation, including both lawsuits against the manufacturers and workers compensation cases. Mr. Nichol also handles premises liability cases, toxic/environmental cases, professional liability (including serious medical malpractice), automobile/tractor trailer cases and other cases involving severe injuries or wrongful death. He participates in continuing legal education seminars including recent ones involving handling brain injury and infant birth trauma cases. Mr. Nichol limits his practice to representing workers, and other individuals injured by the wrongful acts of corporations, insurance companies and others.<p>H.
